General Summary
Plan and facilitate the Information Technology department�s user training
programs for employees. Develop detailed training plans, create training
materials, deliver or coordinate the delivery of end user training for the ERP
system and supporting applications by others. Teach new functionality or
strengthen a user�s existing skills via the most appropriate learning
environment: on-the-job training, classroom training, or e-learning.
Duties & Responsibilities
� Gather and understand requirements for training needs on a variety of IT
projects in order to develop appropriate curriculum plans.

� Create and develop training documents and supporting material.

� Coordinate training logistics, prepare the training systems as appropriate,
and prepare training site (including audio and visual aids).

� Deliver virtual or classroom end user training and/or coordinate other
resources to successfully deliver.

� Author e-learning content utilizing tools such as Adobe Captivate and
uPerform/ ProductivityPak.
RELATED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor�s in related curriculum such as Business or Information Technology or
Education w/ 5 Years of Related Experience
SKILLS REQUIRED

Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal
skills.

� Proven ability to be task-oriented and self-directed

� Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects with success

� Dynamic, professional, and engaging �classroom� presence

� Equally comfortable delivering training one on one and to large groups

� SAP, Business Objects, and Microsoft SharePoint experience as a user or
trainer is strongly desired

� Occasional travel may be required
