Title: Second Shift Forklift Operator (Bulk)

GENCO has an immediate opening for a Second Shift Fork Lift Operator (Bulk) with our Distribution Center located in Four Oaks NC. This is a 720k square foot facility operating 2 shifts with approximately 160 teammates.
Responsible for:
* Moving/lifting pallets of product in warehouse using: deep reach/high bay lift truck to storage locations up to 40 ft high and sit down counter balance lift truck for moving pallets and loading trailers
* Visually inspecting pallets of product
* Verifying accuracy of product moves using RF equipment for: pallet put away, pallet replenishment, bulk pallet selection, and outbound trailer loading
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
* Participating in regulatory and safety training
* Assisting all other areas as needed
Successful candidate will have:
* Must have good attendance less than 5 points and good safety record
* Must have a good recommendation from current supervisor
* Must be in current position for at least six months
* A positive attitude and safety minded work ethic
* Great attention to detail
* Good vision
* One (1) to three (3) years of warehouse experience preferred
* Experience operating powered industrial equipment
experience with deep reach lift truck a plus
* Lift up to 50 lbs
* Experience working with WMS a plus
* CRC - Bronze a plus
