Job Summary
This position is involved in the design, development, installation, testing and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems. The scope of repairs is of a complex nature and requires use of advanced training, elevated skill sets and a high degree of knowledge within their field of expertise to bring about creative solutions.
Essential Job Duties
* Troubleshooting and tests electrical/electronic equipment to ensure proper operation.
* Applies knowledge of technical drawings and schematics and interprets blue prints, wiring diagrams,
* schematic drawings, OEM and engineering instructions.
* Must be able to use several different programming languages for the varied PLC’s in plant.
* Perform board level repairs on circuit boards for multiple OEM vendors.
* Performs all needed electrician functions.
* Oversees all oven OSHA inspections.
* Oversees all infrared testing of electrical systems within the facility.
* May perform other duties as required.
