          Carolinas Healthcare System Clinical Nurse Specialist - Medical ICU in Charlotte North Carolina United States

          Join a large team of Nurses in the MICU. We are looking for a highly motivated
          individual with excellent communication skills and ability to teach and mentor
          both experienced and newly hired staff. Expert clinician who works in
          partnership with the multidisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate
          the holistic plan of care for the patient and family. A clinical leader who
          influences patient care provided by others through policies and practice
          standards that guide the delivery of care at the organizational level.
          Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Current licensure to practice
          as a RN or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state of
          NC. MSN required. CRRN required. Certification in specialty area preferred for
          educational CNS and required for advance practice CNS. Teaching program
          development, and multiple project management experience. 3-5 yrs exp required.
